Our onboarding process comprises three key steps. Firstly, you’ll meet with the HR Manager to finalize agreements and gain access to our applications. Next, you’ll have a meeting with either the CEO or CTO to delve deeper into our company’s culture and vision. Lastly, you’ll meet your new team, officially becoming a TeaCoder.
